Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of closing experience in solar (or 2+ in high-ticket sales).
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of solar proposals, finance options, and customer objections.
• Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport.
