Job summary

Highlight AI in San Francisco is seeking a Senior/Staff-level Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and scale its cross-platform desktop app. You will work across the stack from modern TypeScript frontends to native modules, with emphasis on performance, reliability and UX.

Responsibilities include designing, building and maintaining core features of an Electron app, owning end-to-end implementation, and integrating LLM-based capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years as a senior/staff-level full-stack software engineer.
• Experience with Electron desktop apps and cross-platform work.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, React, Electron; native C++ (Windows) / Swift (macOS) a plus.
