High-End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents needing hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IULs, IBCs, and FIAs. We operate exclusively via virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom) and do not sell traditional or low-premium policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more talented agents.
