Job summary

Brookfields School is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team. The role focuses on pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

The HLTA will work with teachers and professionals to tailor support, deliver targeted activities, and promote independence, communication and personal development for each pupil, both in and beyond school.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team.

Actual Salary: £26,170 - £29,374 plus SEN Allowance
Working hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 38 weeks plus 5 inset days – total 39 weeks
