Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with registration, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping and/or internal reporting.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit required compliance reporting for NCCCS and other reports.
• Ensure accurate data is supplied to National Student Clearinghouse and address error reports.
• Collaborate to compile and submit institutional, state, and federal reports.
• Assist with resolving data issues in the Student Information System with faculty and staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and materials for internal/external reporting.
• Verify and audit student records to ensure compliance and provide training as needed.
• Implement standardized processes to improve accountability and efficiency.
