Qualifications

• Solid understanding of fixed income products and data science fundamentals.
• Strong quantitative skills with clear, logical problem-solving ability; strong software development skills in Python and Excel VBA, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to collect and analyze large volumes of market information and incorporate insights into valuation frameworks and pricing models.
• Working knowledge of machine learning, statistical, and artificial intelligence techniques.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily valuations across multiple market closes, including market data collection and analysis, price generation, quality control, and responses to client queries.
• Monitor markets and produce real-time pricing updates as needed.
• Develop and maintain statistical and machine learning models to improve pricing and quality control processes.
• Build and enhance pricing methodologies, models, and supporting infrastructure to increase valuation accuracy and speed.
• Partner with trading desks, market participants, and research teams to strengthen market knowledge and instrument-level pricing understanding.
• Deliver first-class service by addressing client questions and concerns via email, calls, and in-person discussions.
• Identify and develop new areas of product growth by exploring and testing new ideas independently.
