Job summary

One Haus is conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale, chef-driven restaurant within a growing hospitality group in Denver.

This hands-on leader will own restaurant operations, guest experience, and team performance, driving alignment, accountability, and financial discipline with P&L oversight and cost controls, in a fast-paced service-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience as General Manager in high-volume, upscale restaurant environments.
• Experience managing $10M+ annual revenue and leading large teams.
• Strong background in financial management, including P&L oversight and cost controls.
• Preferred experience in steakhouse or upscale concepts within growth-oriented groups.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant operations and guest experience, serving as cultural and operational leader of the business.
• Drive alignment, accountability, and performance across the team with hands-on leadership during service.
• Maintain exceptional standards and execute on systems, organization, and execution.
