• Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards and recipes.
• Ensures food is served at correct temperature and presentation meets standards.
• Maintains sanitation and HACCP compliance in the kitchen.

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portioning and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe operation of kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Assists in inventory, ordering and reporting as required.
