Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customers simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to confidently present recommended services and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document them accurately.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, mileage, and vehicle condition.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for parts and labor.
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
• Provide timely updates so customers feel informed and confident in the work being performed.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure total satisfaction.
