Job summary

Great American Restaurants in the Washington DC metro area is seeking an energetic Server to join our award-winning team. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and provide a welcoming, guest-centric dining experience in a high-volume environment.

Top Servers make $1,000-$1,500 a week. We offer paid training, opportunities for growth, health insurance, PTO, and a 401K plan based on eligibility. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
