Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe is seeking an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant operation. The General Manager oversees daily operations, drives guest satisfaction, and builds strong teams while managing budgets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant General Manager experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a restaurant team.
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and managers
• Create a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience and promptly address guest concerns
• Manage restaurant sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee employee scheduling
• Ensure food quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment, food safety, health, and alcohol regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and product controls
• Review financial and operational results and take action to improve performance
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and operational excellence
