Job summary

House of Blues Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Busser to maintain a clean, efficient dining area and support an exceptional guest experience. You will perform table maintenance, opening/running/closing duties, and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stay on your feet for long periods, and uphold HOB service standards in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced high-volume dining environment.
• Experience as Expeditor or Server in a busy setting.
• Strong communication and polite guest interaction.
• Ability to stay organized and respond quickly to requests.
• Attention to line cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance and follow service standards.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Transport bus tubs up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Keep ice bins stocked and floors clean.
• Support other staff and assist with special events.
