Qualifications

• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff, ensuring respect and compliance.
• Interview, hire, warn, counsel, and document personnel actions with GM approval.
• Handle cash procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Drive sales by coordinating with managers and HOH team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain training schedules and materials for new staff.
