What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer external and internal recruitment processes to ensure full recruitment of assigned accounts
- Develop and manage relationships with senior operations teams, hiring managers, and recruitment teammates
- Provide regular recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
- Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods and remote recruitment techniques
- Meet customer satisfaction objectives through successful recruitment efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
