MercyOne North Iowa Rheumatology in Mason City, IA, is seeking an experienced rheumatologist for an outpatient-only practice with teaching opportunities. The role offers a very busy clinic, a non-burdensome call schedule, and a highly competitive compensation package.

The base salary is $350,000 per year with a $120,000 bonus package and up to $15,000 moving allowance. Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, retirement plans, and substantial PTO.

Qualifications

• Must provide outpatient rheumatology care to adults.
• Teaching responsibilities for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents and students.
• Strong teamwork with other specialists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rheumatology services.
• Mentor and teach residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in non-burdensome on-call schedule.
