Job summary

Herff Jones in Virginia Beach is hiring a Production Associate- Mat Assembly to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will support the creation and distribution of diploma mats, operate finishing equipment, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Within the first 90 days, you will assemble up to 500 mats per day with accuracy, learn scheduling, and restock supplies. A High School Diploma or GED and basic math with computer literacy are required, with a strong attendance record
