Battleground Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Culinary Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to Kickback Jack’s recipes and quality standards. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen to ensure food is cooked perfectly for our guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized station and working collaboratively with the team to complete food orders efficiently.

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service.
• Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift.
• Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor food quality and freshness; report any inconsistencies.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader.
