Job summary

Legends is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher for Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK. The role includes cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, washing glassware, and maintaining a safe, sanitary work area in a high-volume kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent customer service.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies as requested per venue.
• Maintain areas clean and orderly.
• Wash all china, glassware and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Transport food and equipment throughout venue.
• Store equipment in proper locations.
• Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations.
