Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Must wear company approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Understanding of safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently unload incoming trucks and trailers containing raw donations.
• Sort, grade, and categorize raw donations on a centralized production line.
• Operate industrial vertical/horizontal balers to compress textiles.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Equipment operation experience (forklift, pallet jacks)

Reliable transportation and communication

Understanding of the Hub and Spoke distribution model

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
