Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine–Obstetrics physician for a 42-bed regional hospital near Lubbock, TX. The practice features a team of FM/FM-OB physicians, an OB/GYN, and APP support.

The role offers a base salary up to 330K with potential to reach 450K, a sign-on bonus, and optional hospitalist shifts adding up to 120K. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, CME and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Family Medicine-Obstetrics (FM-OB) required/strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume obstetrics with or without mentorship.
• Experience in a hospital-based or group practice setting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established FM/FM-OB team with an OB/GYN and APP support.
• Participate in high-volume obstetrics with C-Section privileges and backup.
