The ideal candidate has 5+ years of restaurant/F&B management, proven leadership of a high-volume full-service operation, and strong beverage and cost-control expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant/F&B management experience at GM/AGM level
• Proven track record leading high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar operations
• Strong knowledge of food cost, labor cost, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day F&B operations across multiple bar and dining areas
• Recruit, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams
• Establish performance standards and hold staff accountable while maintaining culture
• Manage food, beverage, liquor, and labor costs to improve profitability
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and vendor relationships
• Maintain beverage controls and pour-cost standards
• Ensure food quality, sanitation, and health compliance
• Be present during peak periods including evenings and weekends
• Handle guest and employee situations calmly and decisively
• Develop managers to operate the business in your absence
• Partner with ownership on opportunities to grow the operation
