Job summary

Independence Health System in Greensburg, PA, is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist to join a high-volume ENT practice. You will evaluate and treat ear, nose, throat disorders and perform a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple facilities.

This full-time role offers OR block time, collaboration with APPs and multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to grow procedural lines while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification/eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• DEA registration active or eligible for registration.
• Active PA medical licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT disorders.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures (e.g., tympanoplasty, mastoid, septoplasty, rhinoplasty).
• Utilize OR block time across multiple locations to support surgical volume.
• Collaborate with primary care, audiology, pulmonology, speech therapy, and other specialties.
• Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and shared call coverage.
• Document care accurately in EMR; contribute to service line growth and patient experience.
