Job summary

CaduceusMedicalRecruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume emergency department within a large, integrated healthcare system. The role provides practice in a high-acuity ED with robust specialty support and a multidisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with emergency medicine board certification or eligibility.
• Experience in high-volume ED settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based, multidisciplinary care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and emergent conditions.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
