Qualifications

• Previous high-volume experience is required.
• Good customer service skills are preferred.
• Safety and sanitation awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portioning and correct temperatures; ensures food is attractive and tasty.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and maintains proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Maintains HACCP standards and participates in safety meetings.
