Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume bar.
• Proven ability to handle busy shifts with strong organization and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• High-volume beverage execution with accurate pours and speed.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and clear communication with staff.
• Keep bar organized, stocked, and clean for peak hours.
• Adhere to SOPs, pour testing, and responsible alcohol service.
• Complete onboarding and ongoing coaching for speed and consistency.
