Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Detroit seeks an experienced propulsion systems engineer responsible for triage, commissioning and testing of High Voltage systems in the propulsion stack, from initial mule-vehicle commissioning in Protoshop to end-of-line issue resolution.

You will operate in a modern High Voltage Test Benches lab, use CDA, INCA and CANAlyzer to debug vehicle applications, and analyze large data sets to identify and fix root causes, enabling reliable fleet performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• triage, commissioning and testing of High Voltage propulsion systems
• lead the propulsion system development from prototyping to production fault resolution
• work with High Voltage Test Benches and debugging tools
• analyze vehicle data to identify issues and containment actions
• collaborate with cross-functional teams for fleet support
