Dashiell Corporation is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our Field Services team headquartered in Ohio. Positions span Technician I to Senior levels, offering a clear path for growth through testing, commissioning, and maintenance of high‑voltage substation equipment and protection systems.

Responsibilities include performing electrical testing, reporting results, and maintaining safety on client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance on high-voltage substation equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and relay settings documentation.
• Prepare accurate test reports and maintain field documentation per standards.
• Ensure safety compliance with policies and OSHA regulations on sites.
• Lead or support field crews and coordinate testing procedures as assigned.
