Lilly is constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for API production in Lebanon, IN. We seek a High Voltage Electrician - Maintenance to service and maintain utility equipment across the site, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability.
Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance on 480V–13.8kV systems, installing equipment, reading P&ID drawings, and documenting work per ALCOA+ guidelines. Shift work and PPE are required.

Lilly is currently constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for production of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) molecules located in Lebanon, IN. This facility is Lilly’s largest investment in manufacturing capacity and is intended to provide APIs for current and future products, including new modalities. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the startup team for a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to build the processes and facility to enable a successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations.
The High Voltage Electrician - Maintenance has the responsibility of servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment in LTC utilities that includes high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, city water, and sewers. The High Voltage Electrician - Maintenance is expected to display good customer service skills and to ensure that utility equipment and buildings are maintained at all utility locations. The High Voltage Electrician - Maintenance is expected to assist craftspeople in multiple crafts.
This position may require shift work, temporary shift changes, and scheduled or call-in overtime. Work will involve exposure to varying outdoor and seasonal weather conditions, including summer and winter temperatures. This position involves working around hazardous Utilities operations, including acid, steam, caustic, chlorine, high pressure, and high temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Work will involve working in awkward positions or cramped quarters, as well as climbing ladders and scaffolding work. This position requires working during summer and year-end company breaks.

The anticipated wage for this position is $21.27 - $45.48.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
