AdvisaCare in Michigan is hiring High-Tech HHAs and CNAs to deliver private duty in-home care for a client with a spinal cord injury in Saugatuck, MI and surrounding areas. The role offers a consistent schedule with 4-hour morning and 4-hour evening shifts to support the client's daily needs.

You will work one-on-one, respect the client’s independence, and join a supportive team that values compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for the role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty in-home care for a client with a spinal cord injury.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility within the home.
• Follow the care plan and document care provided to supervisors.
• Support client independence, dignity, and preferences throughout shifts.

Position Highlights

• 4-hour morning shift

• Provide specialized care for a client with a spinal cord injury
• Responsibilities include assisting with a bowel program (training available for qualified caregivers, if applicable)

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
