Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in a high-tech manufacturing facility.
• Experience coordinating tool install, base build, progressive build, AMHS and electrical.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, inspections, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Communicate with the project team to align on progress and changes.
• Ensure contractors comply with contracted scope of work and safety standards.
• Coordinate required inspections and quality control activities.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and lead weekly subcontractor meetings.
