Job summary

Allied High Tech Products, Inc. in Edmond, Oklahoma, seeks an Assembly Technician to join a hands-on, fast-paced team supporting equipment service with input from mechanical, electrical and assembly personnel.

You will perform mechanical and electrical assembly, start-up and testing of small machines, read schematics and drawings, troubleshoot components, and work with customers to ensure quality and reliability. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to lift and/or move 30–50 lbs.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components in small machine assemblies.
• Start-up and test assemblies including bearings, motors, and drives.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Troubleshoot, repair and test electronic components and equipment.
