Responsibilities

• Run and oversee high-speed automated converting and winding machinery.
• Load rolls/spools, confirm material setup, and monitor throughput.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks; use calipers and tape measures for accuracy.
• Stack, package, and organize finished products for shipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and make basic machine adjustments to maintain quality and uptime.
• Execute basic preventive maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, clearing jams, minor roller/bearing work.
• Document production and quality results with precision.
• Adhere to plant safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and processes.
