Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure uptime of production equipment, including bottling lines and related systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems, perform repairs, and coordinate with operators and maintenance staff to minimize downtime.

The role requires multi-skill capability, ability to read schematics, and adherence to safety procedures. On-site work at the Reading, PA area with opportunities for growth within a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field or similar maintenance environment.
• 4+ years in current position.
• 4+ years managing people or projects.
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging or plastics.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and systems at the facility.
• Modify and lubricate equipment per Niagara's defined processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems.
• Work independently and with team to complete repairs safely and timely.
• Create and report repairs; complete work orders with parts usage.
• Understand and follow plant safety rules; PPE as required.
