Dart Container is hiring Machine Operators for a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. Starting pay is $21.07/hour with a $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts, plus a strong benefits package and weekly pay. Qualifications

• Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Level II: 2+ years of experience or technical training.
• Level III: 3+ years of experience with specialized machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines.
• Perform quality checks and basic maintenance.
• Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures.
• Use SAP and on-machine computer/tablet systems to document performance, log downtime, input real-time data.
