Ōnin Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Converter Machine Operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up and operate high-speed converting machinery to produce quality corrugated packaging.

We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including vision, dental, life insurance, and teledoctor services. The role requires standing up to 12 hours, lifting up to 25 lbs, and willingness to work overtime and weekends in Murfreesboro, TN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.
• Reliable attendance and transportation; willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Previous manufacturing experience with high-speed equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed converting machinery to produce corrugated packaging.
• Maintain continuous production flow and perform quality checks to meet specifications.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
• Move raw materials and finished bundles using appropriate equipment.
