Mister Kleen Maintenance Company is seeking a High Security Cleaning Technician in Laurel, MD for a full-time, exempt role. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay range of 25.00 to 28.00 per hour.

The position requires access to high-security facilities and an active Top Secret with SCI clearance. Responsibilities include cleaning buildings, disposing of trash, sanitizing restrooms, maintaining inventory, and following safety protocols.

Position Objective

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security and commercial facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients located in Laurel, MD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.


• Gather and dispose of trash.


• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.


• Dust furniture and clean windows.


• Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols.


• Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory.


• Notify management of necessary repairs.

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing


• Climbing


• Bending forward


• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum


• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling


• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
