SC Johnson is launching a High School Manufacturing Youth Apprentice program in Racine, WI. The role provides hands-on experience in manufacturing, safety training, teamwork, and problem solving, with pathways in Manufacturing and Maintenance.
The program runs June 2027 through June 2028, requiring about 40 hours per week in summer and ~20 hours per week during the school year, with no remote work. The position pays $16.50 per hour, and candidates must be current high school juniors enrolled in

The High School Manufacturing Youth Apprentice will work alongside Production Associates to gain hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment while supporting safe, efficient operations and the production of high-quality products. Through on-the-job and technical training, the Manufacturing Youth Apprentice will develop foundational skills in safety, teamwork, equipment operation, quality, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
