Gresham High School is seeking an Assistant Coach for Wrestling to support the head coach in managing practices, teaching basic skills, and promoting a positive program culture. You will work with students, parents, and staff to ensure safe and effective athletic activities.

The role requires coaching experience or related activity, as well as strong communication and adherence to district policies. ASEP certification is preferred and eligibility for coaching duties is required.

Formación

• Experience in coaching or related sport/activity.
• Strong communication with students, staff and parents.
• Knowledge of district policies and co-curricular procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the head coach in coordinating all practices.
• Demonstrate and explain basic skills and strategies to participants and parents.
• Enforce program policies and recommend policy changes as needed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies inventory and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding program progress.
