Job summary

Towers HS School in Decatur, GA is seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach to support the Head Coach and work with energized high school athletes. The successful candidate will assist with game techniques, practice plans, and student development under the supervision of the Principal and Head Coach.

Candidates should hold a High School Diploma or GED, be eligible for the Georgia GHSA Lay Coaching Certificate, and maintain a current First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience and knowledge coaching sports preferred.
• GHSA Lay Coaching Certificate required.
• Valid first aid certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in game techniques and strategies.
• Support with practice planning and player development.
• Maintain inventory of athletic equipment.
• Maintain locker room and playing facilities; ensure safety standards.
