Job summary

Interboro High School in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Production Assistant for the High School Theater Program to support district productions. The role starts immediately and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

The coordinator will handle budgeting, scheduling, props, costumes, lights, sound, ticketing, and publicity, ensuring smooth daily operations of performances. Must have eligibility to work in the U.S. and coordinate with volunteers and staff.

• Manages billing (props, costumes, lights/sound).
• Manages Tickets Sales (Ludus system)/ Oversees daily operations of the performances.
• Publicity - Promotes the production through posters, school signs, social media, and announcements.
• Program/Playbill Designer - creates the digital or printed program including one-liners and advertising.
• Coordinates and communicates with parent volunteers (cast party, t-shirts, concession stands, raffle table, candy grams).
