Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with planning and implementing daily practice sessions.
• Provide individualized coaching and support to athletes.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages growth.
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support the organization of game-day operations.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to set team goals.
• Assist in monitoring athlete eligibility and attendance.
• Ensure practices comply with regulations and school policies.
• Help maintain athletic equipment and ensure safety.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for athletes.
• Communicate with parents regarding athlete progress.
• Contribute to the recruitment of new athletes.
