Qualifications
Previous coaching experience in the relevant sport (1-3 years preferred).

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Assist the head coach with planning and implementing daily practice sessions.
Provide individualized coaching and support to athletes.
Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages growth.
Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support the organization of game-day operations.
Collaborate with coaching staff to set team goals.
Assist in monitoring athlete eligibility and attendance.
Ensure practices comply with regulations and school policies.
Help maintain athletic equipment and ensure safety.
Serve as a mentor and role model for athletes.
Communicate with parents regarding athlete progress.
Contribute to the recruitment of new athletes.
