Responsibilities

• Partner with general education teachers to design and deliver differentiated, universally designed lessons.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, including transition planning for post-secondary goals.
• Monitor student progress and facilitate collaborative problem-solving with the school's student support team.
