Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field from a regionally accredited institution.
Successfully obtain a Provisional Teaching License from Virginia when requested.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and provide learning experiences for students.
Supervise students in various school settings and monitor outcomes.
Communicate with students, parents, staff and community.
Develop, modify instructional plans and materials to meet diverse needs.
Maintain records and follow required procedures.
Collaborate with administration, colleagues, and volunteers.
Plan and supervise teacher assistants and participate in staff governance.
