Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and native Spanish abilities in reading, writing, and speaking.
• At least 2 years as a lead teacher.
• Commitment to anti-racist practices and diversity.
• Ability to start in July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high school Spanish classroom and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Serve as an advisor, mentor students, and engage families in college prep and character education.
• Participate in regular data meetings, about 20 administrative observations, and roughly 300 hours of PD over the school year.
• Optionally lead an after-school club or coach a sport for an additional stipend.
