Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Valid teacher certification appropriate for the assignment and grade level as required by regulations, including No Child Left Behind Act.
• Prior experience or formal training in working with 'at-risk' students is preferred.
• Proven ability to work politely and effectively with parents, students, and staff.
• Ability to educate and manage students from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic levels.
• Experience in handling conflict effectively.

Responsibilities

• Protect students and school property, maintain accurate records, and continually improve professional skills.
