Job summary

POLYTECH School District is seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join the high school team. The role encompasses assessment, intervention planning, and collaboration with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing, developing MTSS strategies, and participating in IEP/504 meetings. Requires NASP/APA degree and Delaware licensure; full-time, eleven-month position for 2026-27 sy.

Qualifications

• Education: NASP or APA School Psychology Degree, or state-approved program.
• Licensure: Must meet Delaware requirements for licensure and certification.
• Experience: Minimum three years as a school psychologist in a high school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered supports and assess needs to develop interventions.
• Coordinate Child-Find processes and testing recommendations.
• Assist with coordinating services and 504/IEP considerations.
• Write FBA reports, ESRs, and PWN; maintain case records.
• Participate in MTSS, IEP, and 504 meetings and staff collaboration.
