JKL Bahweting Anishnabe School is accepting applications for a Full-time High School Principal for the 2026-2027 School Year. Salary range: $90,425 – $134,162, determined by experience.

The principal will administer the 9-12 education program, supervise staff, support student development, and engage parents. JKL offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in Educational Administration or Educational Leadership.
• Must have a valid Michigan School Administrator Certificate.
• 5 years experience in education required.
• 5 years teaching or building/school district level administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrates good communication skills with parents and professionalism in a variety of situations.
