Job description

The High School Physics Teacher posting is used to create a candidate pool for the 2027 - 2028 school year.

Salary: Fiscal Year 2027 10-month teacher pay scale. Under the Fair Labor and Standards Act this position is exempt from overtime. Actual salary placement will be in accordance with the salary procedures of the Frederick County Public School System.

Eligibility for MSDE professional certification is preferred. However, we will review and consider applicants that meet the minimum qualification, which is a conferred bachelor's degree.
