Job summary

Mastery Systems, LLC. is seeking a Paraprofessional to support student learning under the lead teacher. You will reinforce instruction, assist with small-group interventions, and help with classroom operations in various school settings.

The role includes personal care assistance as needed, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with educators and support staff. The position is part-time (29 hours/week) with a signing bonus of $500.

Responsibilities

• Support student learning by reinforcing instruction and assisting with small-group interventions.

• Assist with personal care tasks in a respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and sanitize materials.
• Provide hands-on assistance with activities and differentiated instruction.
• Monitor and document student progress as directed by the lead teacher.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists and support staff to promote student success.
• Participate in professional development and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support learning.

Education

Associate degree or 60 college credits (NJ) / 48 credits (PA) or ParaPro score
