Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Possession of valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years successful teaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with students, parents and staff.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction that adheres to the CSUSA philosophy, goals and objectives.
• Creates purposeful and effective lesson plans and utilizes diverse teaching strategies.
• Presents subject matter and provides real-world examples to maximize learning.
• Maintains accurate student records and monitors progress.
• Coordinates class activities and ensures preparation for state assessments.
• Supports curriculum revision and selection of instructional materials.
